Today is the shortest day of the year in the Northern Hemisphere. Winter is a time to cuddle in to your home and enjoy family. I am planning on baking my favorite Christmas cookie, Chocolate Chip Biscotti, and working on mittens tonight. I might find a moment to wrap gifts after my girls go to bed, if I can stay awake that long.

You can take some cream cheese and then you put it on little round crackers and then you cut up some black olives and then you get out the cocktail olives and you pull out the pimentos and cut those up too and then you take the pieces of olive and you make little faces on the crackers and it looks like snowmen and you can make them happy faces or sad it is totally up to you because you are the culinary artist I hope you like this Happy Holidays in Montana!
