Marie Mayhew has done it again! We've knit her whimsical snowmen, her pumpkins, her gnomes and mushrooms. And if it wasn't for Marie, our Christmas tree would never have been leafy. This past summer Marie has introduced the obvious - at least to knitters. We spin it, we knit and crochet it, even felt with it. Wool. I mean where the wool comes from - the SHEEP

Now you can own your own flock of sheep - without the smells (or the clean-up). It's a pretty low maintenance pet. These folk-like sheep are quick to knit up and felt. Knitting with alpaca yarns, or carrying along a fine strand of mohair, create soft fluffy sheep.
But remember your sheep will be lonely without a friend of two though, so be sure to create a small flock. Don't forget the infamous black sheep, every family has one!
Kits are available! At Wild Purls of course!
