Yes, you read that correctly, the Sun Went Down indeed. June 19th ushered in one of the longest nights of 2009 and we knitters took great advantage of the light by, you guessed right... knitting.
What fun to see so many good friends and to sample their luscious desserts. Some of us overindulged in the sweets and suffered from sugar highs extraordinaire. Others actually knit and finished projects, which is glorious. Others snuck the camera and took photos of their cousins...imagine that. New friends arrived and many familiar faces were here to celebrate this wild night of knitting. Hope you all had as much fun as I did. I need to learn to avoid flourless chocolate cake and tiramisu in the same sitting.
