We recently had two Needle Felting Workshops at Wild Purls.
We introduced the basic tools and techniques necessary
to create embellishments for knitted or crocheted projects.
Clover Roving, Needle Felting Tools & Brush Base
All of the "artists" walked in not knowing what they would come out with,
but then left with the confidence to create whatever they could dream up! Everyone took their own path while creating a small piece of art.
As we all studied each others work, it seemed to us that each piece took on it's own story!

Maybe Little Red Riding Hood's house in the woods or perhaps the Gingerbread House?
A sunny day in Monet's garden?
Maybe Fuzzy Frosty the Snowman?
Maybe the start of VanGogh's "Sunflowers"?
How about we go Mini-golfing?
It looks like hurricanes on the Doppler Radar!

The planet Venus, perhaps?
The start of an English garden . . . . .
And ah, the Picasso!
Bring out the "artist" in yourself or youngster!
