It's not every day that a supermodel walks into Wild Purls, but indeed it has happened. A little background for you...the Phoebe sweater, a darling coat/sweater and book all in one, is an upcoming class this fall. The sample that our fair knitting instructor, Linda Heins, created is purple, our super model's favorite color (next to pink) and is just stinkin' cute!
So one day last week, in walks this super model with, shall we say...attitude.
She knows how to work it and has the facial expressions that knock 'em out on the cat walks in New York.
I got so excited that I couldn't help but blur a photo or two.
If you know of a super model or even just a cute little girl, you might want to consider getting some bulky yarn (Lambs Pride Superwash might be just the ticket) and knit her a Phoebe. Who knows, you might spark a modeling career!
